Dr. Nick McColley

Dr. Nick McColley has been a licensed Chiropractor since May 7th, 2008. During that time, he has been freeing people from nervous system interference in his clinic in Clear Lake, IA. As a Chiropractor with experience, Dr. McColley is committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Nick McColley uses a “whole person approach” when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, state of the art X-ray and nervous system procedures, and providing advice on the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today, Dr. Nick McColley is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.

Dr. Nick has been married to his wife Melissa since 2005. They have 2 beautiful daughters, Tenley and Kaia. As a family, they enjoy boating, golfing, bike riding and RZR riding. Nick and Melissa enjoy coaching their daughters in volleyball, softball and basketball.

Jessica Younke, MSN, ARNP-C, FNP-C

Jessica is one of our Nurse Practitioners on staff, and started with Optimum Health Clinics in April, 2022. She has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2019. She got her ARNP from Chamberlain University, her BSN in Nursing from Briar Cliff University, Associates in Nursing from Iowa Lakes Community College, RN from NIACC.
Jessica is originally from Mason City, and currently resides there with her family. She is ecstatic to be working with our patients and helping them regain their lives in out integrated setting. She says watching our patients heal naturally is extremely rewarding.

 

Drew Payne, CA

Drew is our Rehab Tech on staff, and started with Optimum Health Clinics in August, 2022. Drew has always had a passion for exercise and athletics. He Studied exercise science at Iowa Western in 2012, where he played football and won a National Championship with that team. He continued his studies at Iowa State university.

Drew grew up in Northwest Iowa, and attended River Valley High School. He currently resides in clear Lake with his wife and son. He still enjoys football season, working out and of course the lake activities! Drew is finding working with our patients is fun, he enjoys walking them through their rehab goals and pushing them just a little further.

 

Vicki – Office Manager

Vicki joined Optimum Health Clinicss in 2008, when we first opened the clinic. She and her husband Brian have made their home in clear Lake since 1987. They raised their two children, Megan (husband Andrew) and Nathan in Clear Lake. They have been blessed with two grandchildren, Vincent and William. I their free time they love to travel and spend time with family.

 

Jacque

Jacque was born and raised in Clear Lake. Her parents still liver here and she has a sister Nikki and brother Eric, and one niece and two nephews. Jacque resides in Clear Lake with her fiancé Chavyea wilder, with whom she will marry in June of 2022. They have a black lab named Bella, that they enjoy taking on walks daily. Her favorite hobbies include, cleaning, walking, traveling and crafts. She is bubbly and enjoys making people laugh.
